Disliked: I was charged $25 extra because I needed to check in 1 hour early. The room was ready and we needed to change quickly for a wedding. The extra charge was ridiculous.

Liked: it is enough. Everything you need to stay at night.
Disliked: There’s nothing I can think of. The room was nice and the service was great. Couldn’t be happier.

Worst hotel stay in years.

Liked: 3 beds in one room
Disliked: The staff was rude and untrained. Check in took over an hour. There credit card machine didn’t work. They said I would be charged $100 deposit they charged my card $166. The pool was over chlorinated. The hot tub bench is broken and chipped to the point sitting on it hurts. No elevator. Limited breakfast with no healthy options. The room was not well cleaned my kids found pills on the floor. The toilet didn’t work well we had to remove the back to flush. The toilet in the pool area was backed up with fecal matter in it. We stayed multiple days and room service didn’t come in and replaced towels or make beds. No do not disturb sign in the room and the tv was set to describe what was happening on the tv. Very minimal channels we didn’t find any kids shows.
