Disliked: My room was very hot and the airconditioner wasn't kicking on.When I informed the NO SMILE, UNPLEASANT namesake front office lady in the morning, she said she will let the maintenance know and nothing else.Breakfast was totally namesake, with just few bagels. No milk, no bread, no jams. When we asked the same front office lady she wasn't bothered, said nothing more available.Having a smile or wishing goodmorning or merry Christmas isn't that hard. If not capable, don't sit as the face of the business.

Liked: Good budget hotel. Clean, comfortable and excellent location close to shopping mall and highway. Staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is very basic (bagel and yogurt) but coffee is good.
Disliked: Nothing.
