I plan on attending many concerts in the future and would not consider this property again or recommend it to anyone else.

Liked: Relatively close to the venue.
Disliked: The front desk person checked me into a room that was out of service and I had to go back to the desk to get a new room. The first smell heading up the stairs was stale cigarette smoke and for a person with asthma this would have been a deal breaker if I had had time to find a different property before the concert. Finally, upon returning from the venue I just wanted a quick ice cream bar and gave up because the front desk person was so slow getting to me. The customer she was working with was also very frustrated with the amount of time it was taking to put 1 night's stay on a different credit card.

Room was dirty. There was a kleenex on the floor from the last person; the sheets didn't look clean at all; the bathroom was in desperate need of repairs, and the entire hotel smelled weird. I don't not recommend this hotel.

Liked: A place to sleep at an expensive price, highway robbery
Disliked: They told me to come back the next night to talk about a lesser price for an extended stay, then after I went back after work to talk to them, they doubled the price $115 for 1 night had been $65 a night .. or I couldn’t even get my stuff out of the room.. they wouldn’t listen and didn’t care, just said whoever you talked to didn’t know what they were talking about.. I’ll never stay here again!!!

Liked: The room was clean and had very little dog scent. At night, at check in , the staff was wonderful. Not so much the next day.
Disliked: I was getting coffee in the morning, and an possibly the owner was incredibly rude. He proceeded to follow my dog and I outside and question our room number. I asked him if was questioning if I was a guest. He just said no one in the second floor should have a dog and asked my room number. I gave him m my room number and said that is rude of him to question me if I am a guest. I get it. Perhaps this in an issue. The breakfast was packet oatmeal, crappy coffee in small 8oz cups and yogurt seriously? It doesn't matter because I was traveling across the states, and will never go there again. It works for a quick stay with your dog.
