Disappointing

Uncomfortable and restless

Liked: Convent location to UVH where my dog was having surgery.
Disliked: Tv and remotes didn’t work properly despite front desk clerk attempting 3 times.Very loud, could hear other’s TVs, doors slamming, water running, footsteps from 3rd floor. Room and hallways had musty smell. Toilet seat was not secure. Large gap between side and bottom of room door. Continental breakfast consisted of 2 kids of cereal, bananas, pitcher of juice. Online pictures indicates a Denny’s located directly next door but was no longer there.

Rehabilitate the entire building

Disliked: The terrible smell and the need to be updated

Liked: first floor, easy access, allowed dog
Disliked: shower handle temperamental, super hot or Luke warm to cold

Liked: staff is friendly and convenient location

Bad

Liked: never stayed
Disliked: the person at the desk tried to charge me for a smoking room when I booked a non smoking room

Not a great value for...

Liked: For the area the price was lower.
Disliked: Room smelled from someone cooking there before or in a nearby room, bedspreads were worn, old style wall ac/heat unit, not dirty but not well kept up.
