Liked: staff was great.
Disliked: Room was small and beds very soft. Bath tub was very stained and toilet paper thin. pillows were hard.

Liked: Breakfast ended to early. Location was good for the town.
Disliked: No elevater to 2nd floor.

Nice stay

Liked: Breakfast as good. Not a lot of choice but coffee muffins and omelet were all good. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Their smiles and greetings seemed genuine
Disliked: Facility could stand updating. It was clean which is most important.

Bad

Disliked: There was blood on the sheets, blood on the shower curtain, the room was filthy, not bad, it was disgusting and the staff refused to look at the room with me. I left!!!!!!!!!!

Above and beyond expectations

Liked: Everything. Great clean rooms, friendly staff, good amenities. Excellent value for money
Disliked: No designated area for pets. But it’s not a complaint.
