Run down but good for...

Liked: Aways had hot water, AC worked well, refrigerator was actually cold, location is great for access to White Sands Missile Range and was a short drive to plenty of chain restaurants.
Disliked: One of the beds was made with a blanket but MISSING SHEETS, there was hair on the shower wall, the sink area was filthy, hair dryer left out in the sink from the last guest. The carpet is filthy! The property overall appears ancient with years of sloppy handyman repairs evident in multiple colors of sloppy caulk/paint etc.

Liked: Its location in relation to where I was headed. The response from the manager to how I can get a refund.
Disliked: BED BUGS on the sheets that had discoloration. I woke up to one on my pillow. The person on the other bed got 2 bites that caused an itch. The carpets were dated and can use replacement. There were hairs still on the walls of the shower. Although it was a cold night we didn’t want to utilize the ac unit because of the dust accumulation in the vent.
