Exceptional

Not what we expected.

Liked: The front desk agent was pleasant and efficient.
Disliked: The room smelled like stale smoke, and the room wasn't very clean. Parking was a nightmare, and we didn't feel that safe with our stay. The property wasn't kept up, and there was stuff outside our room that belonged to what we thought was a storage room. We did find an extra soap outside of our entrance to our room in front of our door. It worked in a pinch, but we won't be back as the cost was unbelievably expensive and the room was not worth the cost.

Liked: The size of the room was good. Cleanliness was also good.
Disliked: Room was under stocked ie no coffee cups.

Liked: Location and being able to check in early.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: One of the only places to stay in Lake Country. It’s decent with friendly staff
Disliked: My first room wasn’t clean so they upgraded me which was nice but the sink didn’t drain in the second room. I’m not picky so I managed but it is not a new building so there are bound to be issues.
