Great value and definitely worth...

Liked: Front staff were the best. Extreme courteous and helpful. We had 4 hour flight delay and someone was at desk at 3:30am to check us in and gave us a late check out. Best place to stay when flying in and out off Kelowna airport. Great value for what we paid.
Disliked: Breakfast didn’t have a lot of choice but not bad.

Liked: Location: close to the airport. Good breakfast in the morning and good value! Part of the breakfast available before 7 am so able to enjoy before leaving early for the airport. Staff very nice and helped with getting 2 taxis for the airport for the next morning. Very clean.
Disliked: Pillows were a bit big but quite personal. A choise would be nice. Otherwise everything was great!

Liked: Quiet clean affordable and only a few min to Kelowna airport. Very accommodating and friendly
Disliked: I bit awkward to get to property coming from airport. Have to turn before and go around to main hwy to pull into property.

Liked: Handy to store, McD, airport, on highway.
Disliked: Air conditioner seemed uncontrollable, just kept pumping heat despite setting lower. Unplugged to seek cooling, able to open window.

Exceptional

Not what we expected.

Liked: The front desk agent was pleasant and efficient.
Disliked: The room smelled like stale smoke, and the room wasn't very clean. Parking was a nightmare, and we didn't feel that safe with our stay. The property wasn't kept up, and there was stuff outside our room that belonged to what we thought was a storage room. We did find an extra soap outside of our entrance to our room in front of our door. It worked in a pinch, but we won't be back as the cost was unbelievably expensive and the room was not worth the cost.
