Liked: The price was reasonable and the room was clean.
Disliked: The location is sketchy. When I checked in, I was informed that they did not have my room type available. However, I was not informed that the phones didn't work. The TV remote was also not functioning properly. With these issues, I chose not to stay the night and attempted to get a refund. Booking.com did their part to assist me with this, but the property never responded to them or to me directly after numerous attempts. The management/ownership is completely subpar and I would not recommend staying here unless it's your last resort. UPDATE: Despite their public acknowledgement of my review, there has still been no action on or direct communication about processing a refund to me. This speaks volumes on how little they value their customers.

Liked: Didn’t stay there room I booked wasn’t “clean or available “ room they offered was tiny and had roaches immediately checked out and they wouldn’t refund my money
Disliked: Awful customer service and advertising rooms they don’t actually have to pawn you on a room that’s disgusting
