Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The key cards has to be programmed 3 to 4 times a day to get into the room. The back door rarely opened with the card. The coffee was terrible. I had to ask the front desk how to turn on the shower. We thought the microwave was broken and we found there is only two plugs for three devices in the area and finally found out it was unplugged. The refrigerator door was dragging on the floor and it was hard to open. I wish they had a channel list in the room.

Liked: Lots of things to do and places to eat close by.
Disliked: Not the property’s fault, but the WiFi was down in the whole town so our tv didn’t work the first 2 days. We were able to buy a dvd player to keep the kids occupied in the evenings.

Liked: Location was convenient. The space offered most of what we needed. Space was fairly clean.
Disliked: The location did not have wifi for the majority of our trip due to local outage. We understand, however, it would have been nice to be refunded some money since the services were not available. Being in a hotel room with no wifi and children is not ideal. Staff did not offer to freshen up room, maybe they dont do that at this location? We accumulated laundry (sheets, towels, etc.) and garbage and struggled to find a location to dispose of it. Our room in particular had two doors, one interior and one exterior. Unfortunately the room key card kept deactivating (I kept it far from my phone like the front desk suggested) and I had to get my key card re-issued twice just to access our space - not to mention I had to nearly put my entire body into the exterior door to get it to open due to its lock jamming. I was thankful the front desk was able to re-activate our cards quickly, but was a bit concerned at the lack of information they asked for. Perhaps the hotel was hardly booked? But when I went up, they only asked my room number, could anyone have gotten their card switched to our room and had access to our family and small children?

Disliked: The hotel is in desperate need of updating. Wyndham is putting there name on Suoer 8 but no money updating facilities that are pretty dismal. The bathroom was moldy. Three beds was good, but no outlets for electronics. One small sink in

Liked: Like the breakfast but a woman had awful cough so bad she spill her food and drinks on table and floor we took our food to our room
Disliked: No one cleans behind toilet wall or behind bathroom door floor just what mop picks up rest of room okay
