Poor

Liked: Not a good breakfast. Location is good.
Disliked: It was filthy. The floors hadn’t been cleaned and during our four night stay they never were cleaned, even upon request. Horrible value!!!!

Did the job. It was...

Liked: front desk was nice and it was inexpensive.
Disliked: I asked for a room on the 2nd floor at time of reservation. One was not available upon arrival. There was no soap for the sink. I called the desk and they did not offer to bring me some. I asked for toothpaste and they had run out.

Not that good

Liked: Location.
Disliked: The room wasn’t cleaned even after asking them.The area is unsafe. Lots of shady deals going on around the area.
