I would say it's worth the money and close to Neyland Stadium and a good place to stay.

Liked: Though it was clean and quite a nice place to stay.
Disliked: Linen and TV could stand some improvement.

Nasty, smelly, infested.

Liked: Absolutely nothing. Property was completely disgusting. Beds were stained. Towels were stained. Went to lay down for bed and not even an hour later there was a cock roach crawling up the wall behind our tv. Went to tell the property manager and she was extremely rude and acted as if she knew of the situation. Her only response was we could try to call the property owner and request a refund but they couldn’t help us beyond that. We packed and left. DO NOT recommend staying here.
