I would say it's worth the money and close to Neyland Stadium and a good place to stay.

Liked: Though it was clean and quite a nice place to stay.
Disliked: Linen and TV could stand some improvement.

Budget hotel so no frills...

Liked: Location was good but a little hidden, which actually made it better. The staff was great. The ladies at the front desk both afternoon and night were really nice and knew what they were doing
Disliked: This was my second time staying here. The cleaning wasn't done too well this time.. It looked like it may have been a rushed job because the lady that checked me in around 430pm said the cleaning crew was a little behind. It's a budget hotel so the smoke smell in the room will always be there until completely remodeled.
