We felt safe in a...

Liked: The grounds are perfunctory and neatly maintained. The room furnishings were clean and linens provided. When requested, an iron was provided. We felt safe in the area.
Disliked: There was not a convenient place to use as a ironing board. The double room reserved for 3 had towels for 2. Towels were provided upon request. There was not space in the room for a comfortable chair.

Liked: The beds were how uncomfortable you could fill the springs in the bed and there were roaches. The water did not get hot to be able to take a shower. It was a absolutely horrible stay

Disliked: Pets were allowed and we had to listen to a dog barking all night. We also had to smell weed all night. The neighbors smoking weed and with the dog kept opening and slamming their door every night. The sign in the window says NO PETS. The bathroom walls ceiling and door frames were dirty. Big black marks all over the place. Tv was set to Spanish and remote volume and power didn’t work. Their so called “Super Breakfast” was muffins and honey buns or yogurt. Nasty tasting coffee and juice that tasted gross as well.

Had to look for alternate...

Disliked: Could not check in despite confirmed reservation. Credit card reader was down. Would not check in without credit card verification (despite confirmed booking.com reservation). Wanted cash for stay immediately - not acceptable.
