Disliked: When you get there you tell them your license plate number the make and model of your vehicle but that still doesn't matter they will still have your vehicle towed. Yes there is a parking pass to be displayed and it was forgotten but they still had all the info. At 11:30 at night 2 men came knocking on the door and of course I did not answer the door. I am a woman with 3 small children I am not answering the door for anyone that late at night. Well it was the tow company so they knew who's vehicle it was and yet they towed it anyways. Terrible experience phones in room do not work either because I was going to call the front desk but couldn't. Awful I do not recommend this place

Liked: Location was great price and comfortable but one of the rooms the tv was not working since Saturday we arrived a day earlier and they didn’t offer to give us another room didn’t get anything resolved until a day before we left.
