My overall visit was pleasant and I did get a decent night's sleep. I know this is not the best review you've ever had but I'm trying to be honest about it. Thank you.

Liked: My room was close to my vehicle. And I appreciated the continental breakfast the next morning.
Disliked: No fault of the hotel but the man in the room next to me was the loudest snore I have heard.

Liked: Great deal for the price. Room was clean and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Poor

Liked: The bed was large. Pretty clean room.
Disliked: Blankets were thin, I had to ask for an extra one. Isolation was absolutely horrible.I heard how my neighbors were talking and one man was screaming and cursing all the time. No carpet. Cleaning ladies were very loud in the morning. And I still didn't receive back my $100 deposit they charged on check in.

Disliked: Bad odor. TV didn’t work, it had message change your channel from input flying on the screen due to no internet access. Not even youtube. We had only one option to watch something is in our phones. There was no toilet paper on the holder I found a roll on the side which was stale and yellow. Walls in the bathroom have stains like they were leaking at some point they fixed the leak and left the damage from it. Only the king size bad was comfortable even without a blanket. They provided tiny throw on which is the winter in not enough so we had to keep heat on high to stay worm due to no blanket. I’d rather stay in cool place under the blanket. I asked cleaning lady to come back and clean little later she said ok and never came back.

Disliked: The breakfast was very modest. The coffee ran out quickly.

FRIGHTENING PLACE TO STAY AND...

Liked: IN ROOM #108, THE FAUX WOOD FLOORING WAS STICKY TO MY SHOES, THE TV WAS NOT WORKING, THEN THE STAFF GOT IT WORKING, THE BED LAMP WAS NOT WORKING AND STAFF GOT A LIGHTBULB THEN A NEW LAMP, THE ROOM HAD NO HOT WATER AND THE TUB FAUCET WAS BROKEN. SO NEITHER I OR MY ELDERLY 86YR OLD MOTHER COULD TAKE A SHOWER OR BATH ON AN ICY RAINY NIGHT- EVEN AFTER WE GOT RAINED ON. I HAD TO TAKE A SHOWER DOWN THE HALL IN ROOM #101. THE BUILDING IS DISMAL AND DEPRESSING, LOW CEILINGS, OLD CARPET, MY DOG KEPT SMELLING VERMIN EVERYWHERE ON THE FLOOR, AND BARKING AT THE CORNER FOR MICE...THERE WAS NO WAY THAT I WAS GOING TO EAT ANY BREAKFAST. AND THEN I ASKED FOR A DISCOUNT ON MY WAY OUT AND GOT NONE AND THE MANAGER DID NOT CALL OR EMAIL ME- IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THAT GUY. THEN SOME RANDOM PEOPLE ARE TEXTING ME AND YET NO ONE HAD OFFERED ME A SINGLE DISCOUNT.

Room was clean and staff...

Liked: The room, bedding, and towels were all very clean. I worked in the hotel industry and was impressed at how clean and white the sheets and towels were. We were just looking for a place to sleep and were out during the day and this was perfect. The staff were professional and accommodating.
Disliked: The bathroom floor was a bit worn and had black stains in corner but it was very clean. The rugs were musty but I know that is a common problem in hotels and see that a lot. I will definitely return.
