Disliked: Deteriorated, hot water didn't work right, sink and bathtub did not drain, poor lighting, run downheating unit did not usable knobs, breakfast was poor and disappointing...almost non-existant

Disliked: Room in poor shape. odor cleanliness

Liked: It got me out of the weather. It was dry and warm.
Disliked: Broke TV, broke coffee pot, lack of bath mat and towels, few electrical outlets, ice machine was locked up and unavailable and turned off, no shampoo, smelled as if someone had smoked in the room. Advertised Wifi was not connected to the internet.

Liked: THE LOCATION
Disliked: IT WA HORRIBLE. NO TOWELS, SHOWER CURTAIN, I HAD TO CARRY TV FRM ANOTHER ROOM, BED SHEET WERE DIRTY.

Liked: The front desk staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and to make sure anything that she could do to help was done, literally a diamond in the ruff.
Disliked: Fixtures in the shower did not work The iron was broken and did not work the room smelled of cigarettes the bed was broken

Disliked: Roaches galore heater didn't work right

Disliked: The room was filled with large bugs, holes in the floor, stains on the pillows...we didn't stay in the rooms and ended up sleeping in our vehicle over night. The desk clerk said she processed refunds for the 2 rooms but was about 85 years old and struggle
