Disappointing

Disliked: No water in my shower. Front desk staff member was never at front desk. Always seemed like he had other things more important to do than take care of the customer that's providing his paycheck. Didn't seem to care that l had no water in my shower and didn't even offer another room.

Disappointing

Liked: Location to casino was fair.
Disliked: No elevators, breakfast was not great, was not greeted upon arrival, construction going on and was not aware.

Liked: It was very welcoming, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
