Liked: The front desk was very nice, professional, and accommodating. Room was clean and comfy.

Not Happy
Liked: Advertising breakfast included. There was no breakfast. The beds are absolutely horrible, it was like sleeping on rocks.

Disliked: Cops swarmed parking lot in middle of night, cars in and out all night going to room below us, back door always unlocked, homeless sitting outside back door

Scary
Liked: 1 hour to check in. No one at front desk. I hit bell hollered out. No one came. Finally called & reached a growly person. Asked if I was checking out & I said I was trying to check in! He came to front desk. Had to boot up computer that took 40 mins. Unbelievable & unacceptable! I asked about security if someone is at desk 24 hours. He said yes. I was awakened at 10:15 by housekeeping. Check out is 11:00. As I walked out no one at desk. Front glass door so filthy u couldn’t see out of it. I was on first floor. Window not even locked & trash galore littering the ground! Never super 8 again!
