The hotel wasn't too bad. We stayed there because of the close location to Worlds of Fun. We didn't spend much time in the room. Even though it was a non-smoking room, we could still smell smoke. Other than that, no other complaints.

Liked: Location to Worlds of Fun and other attractions.
Disliked: Smoke smell in room.

This hotel was awful! I will never stay there again. Dirty; smelly; help was terrible!

Liked: It was so clean and when we got there, one thing we noticed was the cleanliness and how good it smelled there! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the small continental breakfast was perfect and fresh. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The beds were fresh and very comfortable We would highly recommend this hotel! Great location and close to Worlds of Fun!
Disliked: The small pillows that seemed rather flat. Other than that, there was nothing we didn't like.

Disliked: The room smelt like old moisture, bathroom looked like it was just thrown together, and there was no elevator

Liked: The staff was nice, BUT they only had 1 employee there at a time, so when it was busy, you had to wait a while.
Disliked: The "free breakfast" is bagels, bread, cereal, and waffles (frozen eggos). Burn holes all over the bedding. NO ELEVATOR. Had to hall everything up 3 flights of stairs. The towels and washcloths had yellow and brown stain patches.
