Liked: Coffee wasn't working. All I got was an undrinkable liquid.

Was Good Enough to Always...

Liked: Location is handy to #1 Hi Way, Very Clean, Rugs are old, But the rest of the Hotel is up to date. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my stay and will be back every time I pass through Kamloops!!!
Disliked: Rugs could all be updated.

Ants...

Liked: First night of 3 was wonderful! Check in was smooth and quick. There is no freezer or icebox in the mini fridge so make sure you plan for that. Night 2 we discovered ants all over the counter. Day 3 we brought it up to housekeeping and they just cleaned them off the counter and stove. We had to go to the front desk to get bug killer that evening and then around 9pm they offered to change the room. Quite an inconvenient time to be moving everything so we refused that. Definitely would have preferred the offer in the morning when housekeeping came by or when we got the bug killer as those were more reasonable times. The photos are after we cleaned up the hundreds of ants that were on the counter and stove top the night before

Liked: Far enough from town for no bums.
Disliked: There were ants in our room. Staff did nothing. Staff also changes towels daily not like their signs say. Didn't expect people in our room but they entered.
