Liked: The room was nice, the beds were comfortable
Disliked: The staff were extremely judgmental. My boyfriend has cancer, he's from out of town. My ID was stolen so I had to get my ID quickly and used a Kamloops address and the hotel management does not take Kamloops ID. They turned us away. We came from the hospital at 2am and our cab left. They told us we couldn't stay there and to leave. I cried and begged to let us stay. We had no where to go. They let us stay till 11am and kicked us out. Lots of empty rooms. Our money is not good enough for them. Worst experience ever. I even phoned in and talked to the staff after I booked the room and they said everything is good to go. I told. Them we were coming from the hospital. And they were extremely rude and inconsiderate.

Noisy location, convenient for travel...

Liked: Breakfast was OK. A little more variety of fruit and breads would have been great.
Disliked: Could have used a little more cleaning. There were pretzels and crumbs, grass and other dirt on the floor by the bed.

Broken mattress/ box spring

Liked: It has pet friendly rooms. The room was warm.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress/ box spring was broken, it had a big divet on the left side and it made sleeping very difficult. There was no sound proofing in the room, and we constantly heard the trains going by.

Disliked: for a non smoking room,,,, it reaked of cigarette smoke... room could have been cleaner ... had to dust off the hangers to hang my clothes on, there was still short hairs on the floors and the nightstand was dusty

Liked: Decent price, ok breakfast, lots of pressure and hot water. Quite quiet! Pleasant and helpful staff.
