TV. Could have gotten help...

Liked: Breakfast okay. Area clean and food available
Disliked: Lamp did not turn on near TV. Smoke detector wiring appeared in tact but it was hanging from ceiling. No directions for tv.

The worst experience I’ve ever...

Liked: I will never stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone.
Disliked: Customer service was horrible. They canceled my reservation after refusing to speak to me on the phone and making me drive to the hotel at 10p.

Absolute worst stay I've ever...

Liked: The staff was nice
Disliked: I was initially told that there was an indoor pool and hot tub I even called to the place to verify it and was told that it was an indoor pool in a hot tub not only did they not have an indoor pool and hot tub the one that they had outside was broken. After that we went to the room there was black mold underneath the toilet seat around the rim inside the bowl and hair in the shower both pubic and scalp. The promise of a hot continental breakfast is b******* because they had Frozen sausage patties, Frozen egg patties, and Frozen biscuits that you had to heat up in a microwave yourself and there was no waffle batter that you also had to make your own waffle by yourself. Basically the promise of a hot tub and a hot meal in the morning was a lie the facilities were disgusting the ice machine and honestly I could keep going on and on with the list. The only good thing about the place was the staff was really nice and helpful 100%. And the bed was comfortable(ish).

Liked: It was loud it smelled like Marijuana and 1 of my dogs is an alert for drugs so he was pacing and barking for the danger of drugs hes smelling doors slamming poor breakfast dog poop everywhere I take my dogs off property by the hiway in the grass it was extremely over priced they do weekly rates for the same price of 3 days why they don't offer or tell people about deals is beyond me I paid 250.00 for 3 days of no sleep and the TV is broken can't turn it off can't turn the volume down can't nothing open wires to the electrical system which my dogs enjoyed the zap not 1 plug in was good my dogs didn't really enjoy it they got hurt

Liked: The lady at the front desk was polite
Disliked: Ugh..the room was dirty. The bathroom needed cleaned. The floors in the main room had a sticky substance, I don't believe it had been mopped in quite a while. The TV did not work. No channels. Also I saw a bed bug crawling up the wall

It was clean and friendly.

Liked: Could have been better more options for breakfast would have been good.
Disliked: The bottom floor i requested wasn't available when I arrived i walked up stairs with bad knees.

Worst hotel I have ever...

Liked: Nothing at the breakfast but a waffle machine. Very dirty and no food
Disliked: The room was disgusting, noisy dirty hallways, I would have left if I could get my money back

Never again

Liked: There was no breakfast they multiple guest were up all night making loud noise making it difficult for me or my children to sleep the rooms were very very small the beds are not queen size they are full size.
Disliked: All of it
