Overall, it was a great hotel for my needs during the time I visited.

Liked: The hotel was updated and quiet. It was close to many events I was attending that weekend.
Disliked: This was not so bad but front desk could be more friendly. The person wasn’t mean or anything, I guess just more enthusiastic for being the first person someone sees when first entering the building.

Liked: Well I didn’t get to stay so..
Disliked: The fact that they weren’t “renting to locals” yet still took money from my account. Wasted my time and to add insult to injury, took money from my account that still hadn’t been refunded

Exceptional

Liked: The front desk staff are wonderful! Excellent customer service and guest services.My room was very clean and smelled good. The whole hotel smells amazing & clean.Housekeeping staff are friendly & sweet to guests.I will definitely stay at Super 8 by Wyndham again on my next visit to Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Disliked: The bugs. There wasnt enough of them in my bed.

Liked: not much
Disliked: the clerk had to call someone to help give change out we paid by cah. the room had Cobb webs where the hanger were. and the place smelled like weed. not a good place to stay at

Great value; but need to...

Liked: Breakfast could provide a few more items, such as toast, boiled eggs.
Disliked: Cigarette burns in the bed spread and grossly smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.
