Overall, it was a great hotel for my needs during the time I visited.

Liked: The hotel was updated and quiet. It was close to many events I was attending that weekend.
Disliked: This was not so bad but front desk could be more friendly. The person wasn’t mean or anything, I guess just more enthusiastic for being the first person someone sees when first entering the building.

Disliked: Height of bed was to high, I'm 5'1 could have used a stool to get on. Husband was not able to sit bed on without sliding off, he is disabled with weak lower extremities and came close to hitting the floor several times. Put in for king bed and was told only on second floor, no choice but to take 2 queen beds since only stairs that Husband can not maneuver. Got set up and found out TV did not work, after a couple of visits to front desk convinced desk clerk to come and check it it was determined we would need to change room. New room didn't have queen beds but 2 fullsize beds again to high, these are the beds he came close to sliding off of. Area was under tornado warnings, if we had not woke up and recognized what the sirens were we wouldn't have been aware, no one from the hotel staff came to alert customers there was a problem and inform where shelter area was. Left in morning to visit family and when we came back room key would not work. We were very pleased to leave. Reception people were difficult understand. We stayed at 2 Super 8 motels during our trip and was disappointed with both, we will not be staying at them again.
