Liked: We relocated from Florida. It was great to get a nice shower and have a soft bed to ready. Staff was excellent.
Disliked: Breakfast was at a minimum, but we did ok

Disliked: your hotel states you have an elevator, you DO NOT. we requested a ground room floor which you replied you would accommodate us! You DID NOT. with a disabled person you put us on the 2nd floor, which was very difficult for me !!
