Liked: For 45 dollars I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the staff was polite as well.
Disliked: It was warm in the hallways. Nice and cold in the rooms though.

Disliked: The deposit is to high for a trash low budget hotel I felt totally disrespected by the room the room prices in a deposit. I will never stay at the hotel ever again nor do I recommend anybody else.

Disliked: ac/heater didnt work, had to switch rooms. ac/heat still didnt work in the next room.. roaches crawling on wall, hard beds, super flat thin pillows, NO BREAKFAST even tho it states free breakfast.

Liked: The hotel's location was favorable, and the bedding provided a comfortable experience.
Disliked: It's very hard to get ahold of someone at this location. My fiancé and I both called multiple times throughout the day and days before to ask questions about our reservation before someone answered the phone. The room smelled like old musty cigarettes (I booked a nonsmoking room), nearly every surface was stained, the refrigerator in the room didnt work, there was bodily oils on the headboard. Our shower head was disgusting and there was black mold in the shower and the bathroom floor hadn't been swept or mopped.When checking in I told the front desk clerk that my fiancé was flying in and gave him the time and other info they needed and he said it was no problem sending transportation to pick him up from DFW airport and that I could have a key for him at the front desk, so it wouldn't wake up our infant daughter when he arrived. When my fiancé landed he called the hotel as instructed he was told that he wouldn't be picked because of how late it was (when I was told the time wouldn't be a problem). When he arrived at the hotel he tried getting a key at the front desk (the clerk told me to write his name on my check in paper so he could get a key) and they refused to make him one.
