Liked: The staff was helpful
Disliked: * The pool room was freezing. Kids were too cold to enjoy.* sheets were dirty* top blanket had multiple stains* the breakfast was very questionable did not look appealing. * tub had dirt inside.

Good

Liked: Convenient, staff, water pressure
Disliked: Mold on tub, hairs on bathroom floor, light by bed didn't work.

Smelly

Liked: It was a place to sleep
Disliked: I understand pet friendly rooms have had several animals in it but you can try harder to eliminate the pee smell. You can take one Persons pet fee a month and simply buy a Oder neutralizer.

Pleasant

Liked: Loved how it was close to several shopping centers perfect for grabbing snacks and forgotten items.
Disliked: The room had a strange musty smell but It wasn't to bad at all and got used to it within 5mins.

Disliked: Staff wasn’t available, stood at front desk for a long time with no help, the pool looked murky, could hear everything outside room, pictures do not show what most rooms look like, very old, not updated, television was super small. Didn’t stay, left and went to the AmeriInn across the street! Much much better!

Liked: Breakfast was basic prepare yourself - adequate but not outstanding/unusual. It closes at 9:00AM.The location was great for anything in the Iowa Falls area and about 90 minutes from Des Moines via the Interstate. It’s across the street from Walmart for any supplies you forgot to pack or just need.There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room - which we weren’t sure we would have.
Disliked: The room had a musty smell which improved when we opened a window overnight.There were 2 hand towels at the sink (which is in the bedroom, not the bathroom) but no washcloths. Bath towels and wash cloths were in the bathroom.A minor comment is that the ice machines were empty and there isn’t a waste basket in the bathroom - only one under the sink in the bedroom.
