Disliked: I had a roach on bathroom floor, it's the only one I seen but hopefully they exterminate, and fridge didn't work in room and stunk, dog hair on my chair.

Liked: Liked that our TV worked and it was quiet.
Disliked: Needed an elevator. Our bathtub had been spray painted and was peeling so bad I had to only shower and wanted to soak in a hot bath. That after a weeks pd stay... I pd for an extra night because my other half wasn't feeling well. Turns out on sun morning (morning to check out) at 1am. The hotel tried to charge me 74.26 extra for some reason and continued to try and do so about 6 more times until that afternoon after the women at the desk who came in after I had pd online but other staff had trouble with my booking because of the fraudulent charges that they were trying to make. So he couldn't check me out and back in. I showed him I had pd with a different card online and he said when she came in she could fix it cuz I also showed him I pd for the whole week when we arrived. Well she fixed it alright. She called the police and before I got done even taking a shower cops were beating on the door saying she wants us out for non payment. I showed him my receipt and he went down with me to show her but this crazy lady just starts screaming she don't need a reason to make us leave she just wants us gone. Unreal! Well they got there payment that she had been refusing to accept day after we left and has not been refunded. I am shocked! I've never been treated like this for absolutely no reason . Ever in my life! I should of read the reviews I see now. Looks like this is somewhat normal for this place! How unprofessional.

Good enough

Liked: The overnight front desk lady was so sweet. Even though she was new, she did her job amazingly. The morning person who was doing breakfast could definitely be more friendly. The room was a typical hotel room. It was clean but not perfectly clean, but not dirty in any area that would have affected our stay.
