Liked: The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Overall the stay was pretty enjoyable.
Disliked: I didn't like the minimal options for breakfast. All of which included gluten, other than yogurt. Some protein options would be beneficial for a more balanced meal. I wasn’t expecting an extravagant breakfast but I felt very saddened by the lack of options for people with gluten allergies (Even the corn flakes cereal was contaminated by storing the cheerios in the same container.)

Liked: Didn’t have the breakfast, it ended promptly at 9:00 every morning and we were not permitted to add toast to the toaster at 9:07. Staff was friendly
Disliked: Our bathroom door lock was broken (wouldn’t latch close) but nothing was done about it after 3 requests. Rooms weren’t cleaned Or toiletries weren’t replenished until after supper time one day.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: At 1AM we woke up to a very hot room. Telephone did not work in room. Had to get dressed and go to front desk. They had turned off the AC to the whole building and others also complained it was too hot in the rooms. They turned it back on and it took about an hour for the room to be comfortable to go back to sleep.

For what we needed it...

Liked: Location was nice and it was quiet.
Disliked: Carpets are filthy and hall way stinks musty. The ad showed fruit and waffles included in the continental breakfast and there was none.
