Liked: The night shift employee Daniel was beyond amazing! He stayed calm and went beyond his job to get us to the hotel since we were lost bc of goggle and an accident. Even at 6 am Dainel was pleasant and started our day out right

Liked: The best part of the stay was the expedited check-in via the internet prior to arrival and the TV was brand new.
Disliked: The room was gross, the floors were dirty and in need of mopping, the tub was dirty, electrical wires were sticking out of floor boards (probably the cause of the light switch not operating the anything in the room), multiple items were almost falling off of the wall (coat hanger, shower curtain rod). There was gum from a previous guest on the lamp base, covered by a water bottle cap. There were security cameras everywhere, indicating the area may have lots of crime. Too bad the safe didn't have it's batteries.If there is pride in ownership, this place has no owner. The facilities were generally fine, the issues were all tied to effort.
