Liked: beds are old. breakfast was horrible. old biscuits. Better to walk to Dennys or Quik Trip. Payed a $100.00 deposit and 2 weeks later they say they never charged me for a deposit. Still have not seen my $100.00.

Liked: That it was comfortable bed
Disliked: That the other guest kinda scared us about the stay there how dirty there rooms were but over all ont bad for the money and breakfast was not there

Disliked: No elevator and the check in clerk was not all that attentive as he was on a personal call at the same time.

Disliked: Customer service was terrible. After I checked out I called in on Tuesday to speak to the GM Puya and I am still waiting for a phone call back The front desk agent Aneye was very disrespectful and called me a thief because I exchanged some dirty towels for new ones from the cart as I did not want room service. It made me feel horrible. As I have done that before in other hotels She thought I was stealing them. (Besides they take $100 deposit for that reason ) But they should never make feel the customer that way. I guess, their regular clientele is different , but I would have never done that.(The only reason I stayed there was because I was going to a wedding near by and I needed to stay close to where the event was located ) I also smelled weed in the hallway and through my bathroom air duct. Just terrible You should really think bout having them in booking.com

Liked: nothing, walked into room and it smelt of pot so left and didn't stay went and found another hotel
