Don’t bother, they don’t.

Liked: The lady at checkin was polite. That was as good as it got
Disliked: Decrepit. Obviously the owners are running this place to end of life before it is ripped down. The morning staff were not friendly, polite, or even presentable for a business. Not a good morning or acknowedgement. The taps in the bathroom were barely operational.

I would stay again. I

Liked: The lady at the desk when I checked in was very friendly! The bed was so comfortable and I slept better than I usually do in a room.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything, I was only in the room, typically to sleep as I was in town for a conference.
