Liked: Very clean facility and room. Bed is very comfy and property was well-maintained. Staff was kind and helpful. We had a great stay and would come again.

Disliked: When we showed up no one was there to check the sand and we waited 10 or 15 minutes no one showed up we left

Liked: The cleaning crew cleaned the entire time I stayed.
Disliked: The 'breakfast' consisted of waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt, and bananas every morning. That's it, that's all! No eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagel, etc...The sink continued to hold water instead of draining. The toilet seat and lid were not attached to the base. The 'Do Not Disturb' sign means absolutely nothing since my room was STILL entered into, and the sign was placed on the counter.

Liked: The room was comfortable. Liked the location of our accessible queen room.
Disliked: 1. I was charged twice for our room. I paid in full on February 14, and the motel charged me again on March 6. I still don't have my refund on March 7.2. Staff could be friendlier.
