Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Based on the price for the rooms it met my expectations but the hotel definitely needs some TLC. Coffee in the room, fridge and microwave nice to have as well. Free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was decent, you can make waffles, fresh coffee, couple cereal options and some bread, muffins ok.
Disliked: Pool was closed, no hot tub but knew that coming in. Windows needs screens and security on them so you can get fresh air and keep them open. Hair dryer didn't work but staff quickly provided one. Repairs done to the ceilings but not painted over so didn't look good, makes the room feel dirty even though it's clean. White wall was really dirty, easy fix to paint that to make room feel cleaner.

Liked: Location is great for my family. Two daughters live within 8 miles!
Disliked: Breakfast was TERRIBLE! Luckily, within walking distance of the motel is "Blue Sky" family restaurant with a great breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. I have stayed there many times in the last 5 years and I don't believe the elevator has ever been in service. Also, the pool was only (ever) open once. Luckily, nobody ventured into it as the water was scummy!
