Our stay was not pleasant,...

Disliked: I was told there were no rooms available on the first floor. This was a large hotel and very few rooms were occupied. Second floor room had noisy fan in bathroom, which was on any time the light was on, When I asked about a different room, I was told the hotel was all booked up because of a gun and knife show nearby, when this was researched there was no gun or knife show that I could find, and again, very few rooms were occupied. I had to ask for towels, there was only one bath towel in the room. The refrigerator was moldy, one mattress was only 6 inches and there was a mousetrap under one of the beds. There was a coffee maker and coffee but no cups to drink the coffee. The heat was not on in the room when we arrived, it was 22 degrees outside.

Liked: The location was great
Disliked: We stayed here a few years ago and it was great. This trip was disappointing. The room was not clean. Big dust ball hanging from the ceiling. The shower had no complimentary shampoo or conditioner and the floor was sticky to the point my shoes stuck to it. Some lady ran out saying she had bed bugs in her room.

Liked: There wasn’t anything that I liked about it this time.
Disliked: The refrigerator did not work. The carpet did not look like it was not vacuumed I could feel the springs of the mattress as I slept.

Liked: Lots of parking. Good for big rigs.
Disliked: Room furniture worn.
