Disappointing

Disliked: I saw a roach in my room and the sheets on the bed were very dirty. The ice machine was broke, and the staff is very nasty attitude.

Distasteful for the price

Disliked: I don’t appreciate the fact they put me in a room knowing the refrigerator didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, the ac was blowing out hot air. I called & they told me earlier they didn’t have any more rooms which was a lie. So then they moved me to the first floor, the ac worked, the phone worked, the refrigerator was cold but the table was about to fall apart, the rolling chair was stuck & when you sit down you will fall back. Some of the drawers wouldn’t close. The furniture was old & the outside of the refrigerator was dirty with stains on it. This hotel charged $76 damn dollars for that!

Disliked: The room was in bad shape. Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Furniture was damaged. Room wasn’t very clean. There were no lamps - only overhead lighting
