First and last time

Liked: Waffle house next door and many stores in immediate area. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: There was a cigarette in our toilet paper holder. ABSOLUTE NO GO!! Room itself was overall okay but not very nice either. Felt kinda unhygienic. You can hear every step above you and outside your door. There were super loud and kinda sketchy people outside and several car alarms were going off which woke us up. Could handle it for one night but I would never stay longer than that.Breakfast is pretty much non existent, which is why we went to waffle house.

Liked: Peter is attentive, professional, friendly, and helpful. I found out that he is not the manager. That surprised me. Because he manages the front desk well. Thank you, Peter. All the best to you.
Disliked: The towels did not smell good. The 2nd set of towels smelled clean.

Long story short. Don't come...

Liked: Nothing. Absolutely nothing. The staff was very rude they put us out due to us being displaced from hurricane Beryl. Not to mention in the middle of the night with our kids and our stuff. With nowhere to go safe with our kids. Yes,we were struggling with paying for the room but we made sure it was getting paid and they still put us out. Harassed us every single second,minute on the hour! Then called the police on me and my family three times!! I would never recommend no one stay to stay at this hotel or any other hotels they might own. They have horrible costumer service and they don't believe in making sure that their costumers are satisfied. I'm hurt and upset that they put me and my husband with our kids. Then after they put us out,the manager came to the property and started harassing us talking down to us about us not having nowhere to go and casting judgement on us because we were displaced and turned around and called the police on us AGAIN! The whole experience was horrible,embarrassing and it hurts our kids feelings that we were being treated that way for nothing. I pray no one else gets treated like that. EVER.
