Was a good place. Needed extra towels, and a few extra minutes after check out time - they allowed 10-15 more minutes before you even had to pay for another day. So I was happy with staying there.

Staff was rude and not helpful at all. I wanted to punch the guy in the face.

Overall the experience was fair to poor. Hotel gave false advertising regarding the condition of their facilities. Will not stay there again.

A nightmare

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: I was given a room that it is not meant for human habitation. The room stinked. I was given a room that I guess they took the top padding from the bed. I tried to lay down but it actually hurt my leg because the bed was so hard. I had to go and complain about it, and then I was given a different room with a bed that was still crap but I could at least sleep. Breakfast was said to be included, but they had a loaf of bread and some wrapped danish that was horrible. I can’t believe I paid $125 for something that felt like a horror movie. I really don’t understand how they are in business and how booking.com can offer such a horrible place in your site. I am looking into filing a complaint.

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful and supportive of our special needs during our stay and the hotel was perfectly positioned to access restaurants, general amenities and pharmacy's as well as a easy bus hop into the heart of the Hollywood Walk of Fame and Vermont St. The room was tasteful and comfortable in size and bedding, and regularly tidied by friendly house keeping. We also valued the hotels parking.

Disliked: Everything, let's start at checkin.we show up, and there is a guy just outside of the main door smoking pot. The smell was horrible. Now checking in there a sign saying they will be back in 10 minutes, 20 minutes later we tried to push the counter button and of course it was broken. 5 minutes after that he shows up didn't care about us having a reservation. Was in a hurry. He gave us on the third floor handicap room, that smelled like someone had been smoking heavily which triggered my wife's asthma. Then we had to walk back down to the lobby and wait again and had to call the hotel which was not answered. Then we called on my wife's phone and the he shoup after the third ring. Then the next room was OK to sleep in after checking for bugs an rodents as there was a trap in the corner next to the bed. Now when we booked and the pictures and everything said breakfast was included. The breakfast was toast and coffee or juice. That was a joke ,everyone that walked in said this is breakfast. I would never stay here unless the city is paying for you because you are homeless. Seriously
