Liked: I normally don't leave reviews unless either it's too good or too bad. In this case, the hotel was exceptionally good and deserves a lot of recognition. The room was clean, and the bathroom was squeaky clean. I didn't use their wifi as it was open, so I'm not sure about it. The best thing was the breakfast, they had so many options - cereals, English muffins, bagel, brown and white breads, yogurt, waffles, and the good thing about it was that they also had mini portions of desserts (varities of mini muffins, varities of mini doughnuts) so you could try them without filling up on too much sugar

Disliked: I booked 2 nights. Thursday &Friday.Grandparent passed on Sunday . Viewing scheduled Friday so I couldn’t stay Friday night. Called Super 8 on Monday, said it was up to Booking.com. I called Booking and had to listen to AI BS . Finally got human. She stated to me it was Super 8’s decision.Arrived at Super 8 Thursday, desk person adamantly said it was Booking decision, nothing they could do because of non refundable reservation. Wasn’t very understanding. I’m sorry I had to leave early for a funeral. So Super 8 had a room they could get paid for twice, me and whoever stayed in the room I already had paid for.

Disliked: Would've liked a small area to purchase items; toiletries, beverages and foods. They had vending machines. I arrived late in the evening and would've liked other options to eat.

Liked: Staff was super friendly! Hotel wasn't busy at all. Room was clean. It was nice and warm and the heating/cooling system worked well. The tv was nice. The hotel was easy to find and parking was easy. It's located in a super convenient location near many attractions, places to eat, and shopping centers. Check-in and check-out process was super easy. The pillows were super soft. A mini fridge and microwave in the room.
Disliked: Bed was hard, and a little lumpy. There was an odd odor in the hallways. The toilet flushing mechanism was odd. Their vending machine was not well stocked.
