Disliked: Staff attempted to charge my card before arrival which was not agreed upon. Only 3 tiny square pillows on the bed to sleep on, and comforter on bed was paper thin making the bed feel very uncomfortable and awkward...

My three week stay was...

Liked: The hotel was very clean and the breakfast is the standard continental. The staff went out of their way to please me when the TV in my room didn't work properly. They moved me to another room and I had no further issues. The hotel could use some improvements, but the price was right and I felt safe. The staff were friendly and always acknowledged me which made me feel comfortable. They allow pets for a small fee so I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Disliked: Some of the guests were disrespectful by slamming doors and there was heavy walking in the unit above me. Perhaps heavier people could be placed on the first floor. A door insulation strip could be added around the door frames which would help cut down on the slamming door noise. My bathroom sink didn't have a stopper so I set a washcloth over the hole so I didn't lose anything down the drain.
