Awful place and stay

Disliked: The staff checking me in was very rideThe warm was like a sauna and I could not get it to cool down even with ac as low as it goesSlower was ice coldI was unable to wash my hands or use sink since no water came out. The fixtures coming off the wallUnable to plug anything in to charge since none of the plugs workedI would like refund

Disliked: The front desk staff did not put a note in that i wanted a late checkoutWas accused of arguments in the room, which never happened as i was at work with my fiance. There were only 2 occupied in the room, not 3, and they never should have called my personal cell phone to tell me to leave at 11

Ok for one night

Liked: The bed was comfy and the room warm and quiet.
Disliked: The bathroom ceiling was falling down in one place. It doesn't look the hotel spends much in maintenance. Don't waste your time going to the breakfast room. Very little choice and coffee or juice tasted terrible.

Disliked: Spackled walls, debris in stairwell, carpeting in hallways/stairs appear very dirty.Room carpet had something on it that looked like feces or vomit.Light switch plates brokenLight switches dirty…Phone panel and phone dirty.Desk staff called regarding carpet, their response was to move my room, but I told them at the desk that the third floor was not a good fit because of my knee, and to change rooms I would have to go up and down the stairs again. I was not doing that, and they didn’t offer to have someone bring a key up. I took a towel and covered the spot.
