Disappointing

Liked: The location was nice
Disliked: It was dirty. There was a cigarette burn on the bed in the top two layers of blankets and smelled like stale cigarette smoke (non-smoking room). The air conditioning unit was layered with dust. There were scuff marks on the pillows.

No ac no breakfast equals...

Liked: Power went out around 5am and they did not have any breakfast. As well management sent out an email around 7am asking us to check out. Morning management did not seem to care of this issues
Disliked: Night manager was polite and helpful.

Disappointing

Disliked: Won the TV didn’t work how to get maintenance to come up there. To the lights went off in the hotel .there were baby roaches in the room. An last there was a big blue stain above the bathroom

Liked: Room smelled like cigarettes No shower curtain first night and had to say something couple times to get one by next night but then second night had to go ask for towels because they didn’t leave any when they cleaned.Mini fridge didn’t work.Just to name a few things

Awful. We couldn’t even stay.

Disliked: Anything! We immediately left and found another hotel! Dirty, smelled awful, suspicious & concerning activity right outside the rooms, unsafe location, rude manager…. Overall AWFUL. charged me $70 to cancel when we could NOT stay there because it was so disgusting, unsafe, and NOT at all what we were offered. We selected king size bed & were offered a crib which we requested, neither of which were received. I was rudely told my “refund was initiated” by the snappy manager when I had to call back the next morning because the person on night shift “couldn’t do refunds”. I have still not received my refund.
