Liked: We asked to be moved to a room on the second floor, and it was more acceptable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, as was the bathroom.
Disliked: The carpets in the hallway and rooms on the main floor were old and smelled. The hallway on the main floor smelled. The complimentary breakfast was minimal. Cereal, waffles. Not good coffee. The location was farther from I-81 than we thought.

Liked: The breakfast sucked. Milk and cereal, that's it. Out of coffee.
Disliked: The hotel was a major construction zone. No one should have been invited to stay there. Dust and dirt everywhere. This was never advertised as such. Would not let be cancel my reservation upon discovery.
