We only stayed one night and it was a nice stay; clean room and comfortable bed.

Liked: The room was very clean and the bed was so very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: The remote didn't work but probably just needed new batteries.

Regretfully, my husband and I will not be staying at America's Best Value Inn anymore. The moment we opened the door, which made an awful noise, we smelled stale cigarette smoke. The next thing was that the room felt damp and clammy. The carpet was damp and dirty. The lamp shades were not only dirty but about to fall apart. The shower rod was about to fall down - it was very loose and so was the towel rack. The towels were clean but were damp, almost wet. The tank for the toilet had been recently replaced and still had the stickers on it. The bath mat and towels said "Hampton Inn", as well as the telephone number. That would not have been a deal breaker - however, we did wonder how they ended up at America's Best Value Inn. With tax, the room cost $85.00. For a few dollars more, we could have stayed at a competitor's motel that did not reek of cigarette smoke and would have been clean with dry towels. I will say that the bed was comfortable with clean sheets and the air conditioner worked. The other appliances worked also (TV, refrigerator and microwave).

Liked: The only thing positive was the price.

Liked: A room to stay a few nights while back in town
Disliked: A leak under the sink a hole in the bathroom ceiling..I wanted to stay over also so I booked the room again for to night's but at check out ...there was an argument due to the fact that the manager kept saying it's a check out and he's taking the late deposit out of my deposit plus a another 20$ dog fee for my sister's baby she just dropped off at 9am otw to her work..for me to sit 3 hrs

Liked: The bathroom wasn't clean when I got here. Couldn't get enough towels for four people to shower. Room service refused to bring towels daily.

Worst day at a hotel...

Liked: My experience at this hotel at this location was completely and utterly horrible. When I first arrived there everything in that room was completely soaking wet Don't understand why but it was. There was mold in the refrigerator where you grab the handle and on the inside. The tub was gross The tub was gross, the sinks were gross, everything was gross. When I called the next day to ask for a better room the manager on duty that morning yelled profanity at me, told me I was a liar, and said that he was not going to switch me rooms. When it was time to check out they would not give me my deposit back. They stated that they never received a deposit from me. Even though a deposit is mandatory for every customer they have a sign at the front desk stating that no matter if you're using cash or card you have to pay a deposit. They continue to argue with me about not paying a deposit. I do not recommend ever coming to this location. Especially if you have children.
