Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted by unfriendly and rude staff. After check in, I found that the room A/C unit was unable to be regulated due to broken knobs. I requested help at the desk and was told no maintenance staff were on duty, I would have to move rooms if I was not satisfied. Don't know why someone could not have switched knobs for me - staff unwilling to help. When trying to take a shower or use the restroom, I found the water a dark brown color. This was in the sink, the toilet and the shower. Made me NOT want to use the shower. The bed was very uncomfortable, with a pillow that someone had let the air out of. Overall, staying at this hotel was a MAJOR mistake which I will NOT make again.

Great clean, cost effective hotel.

Liked: The hotel was clean but had a strange odour. Staff was efficient. Checkin and out was smooth and quick. Great location, I wanted a hotel close to the outlet malls and this was perfect in waking distance. I am vegan/vegetarian so food choices close by was none existent. But great stay for the cost.
Disliked: The strange odour. Lack of food choices in the area.
