Super 8 by Wyndham Groton, Groton

This was my 3rd stay at his hotel - great location and pricing, and staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay - thank you Super 8.

Liked: Staff was very friendly, room was confortable and price was not bad either :-)
Disliked: Staff needs to have better information for customers if they have a car problems - where to go etc., or who to call!

Liked: The manager and night attendant were the most helpful of the whole situation. They did make sure me and my children were okay and did everything to get the door open despite the maintenance not being available. And provided us with another room.
Disliked: I was locked out of my room after coming back my room due to the door reader battery being dead and not reading the card. I was sitting outside my room while the manager and attendant attempted to get my room open. I had my small children with me. They say breakfast but there is no breakfast as one would think, it's a granola bar two flavors and choice of coffee or tea or juice.

Convenient

Liked: I liked the price, it was a convenient spot—I’m from the area so I didn’t need something extravagant just needed to be away from my house. I did book another stay so it wasn’t TERRIBLE I do just wish things were cleaner but nothing alarming.
Disliked: Wish it was cleaner but in my room specifically there wasn’t anything ALARMING. I did book here again for a couple weeks out so I wasn’t too bothered.

Disliked: Dirty room, dirty bathroom, beds were awful, tables were dirty, no coffee maker, no hangers, need more towels, thete was only 1 lamp, I could barely see.

Liked: Just like the hotel itself the bed is very comfortable in the king staff is very holy new lady at the front desk but the breakfast could be a little bit more than just what it is
Disliked: On Thursday night is the breakfast was very stingy I believe you should have just a little bit more if you need somebody to cook I'm going to cook myself a grill cook I can make hot breakfast for everybody t
