Very enjoyable stay

Liked: Staff was very friendly, our room was clean, and they gave us what we wanted. Didn't get to try the breakfast though. I don't eat breakfast. But people told us it was very good.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like is,there was this guy that kept bothering us when we went outside to have a cigarette. The staff took care of it though

Liked: My reason for coming was we were put out of our house due to a collapsed pipe. We needed a place with water that was close and not to expensive. The team there was great and the price was great

Liked: The staff were very nice and helpful. They helped us get around town and gave good recommendations on places to eat and shop in Grinnell. They do their best to help you where they can :)

Liked: Location was great.Breakfast was good, but no protein when eating waffles.Bed was comfortable.Price a little high for type of motel.
Disliked: There were repaired holes in the walls with white caulk.There were fragments of a mop caught on door frames.The sink had no hot water and would not drain.
