Liked: Loved the location, disliked the roach residue. No sign of bugs but you could tell they had them at one point

Had to wake up to...

Liked: I had made breakfast plate and drink. I had to come down at around 5 Amish, due to waking up at 4:30ish and seeing little bugs crawling on the night stand and lifted teh sheet on the other bed to see if they were bed bugs. There was anther one. And one crawling on my cup! I tool pics of them in the room to show the front desk and when I used the pic to google vision bed bug
Disliked: An immediate refund and for someone to be called in right then, manager wasn't on property and I was only given his business card after asking for it. Told I would have to talk to him about a refund and booking.com

Staff members ruined my stay

Liked: The staff was extremely rude for both nights. I stay at Wyndham hotels very often and had not stayed at this one in quite some time and now I remember why. I paid with a card and was told no deposit..but they said they couldn't explain why but I had to pay deposit. Then they kept it even though I left the room cleaner than it was when I got there. And the house keepers cussed at us and made threats for no
