Worst place ever to stay!!!!!

Liked: The location.
Disliked: When I first arrived to check in, the attendant or front desk agent on duty was extremely rude and unprofessional. I observed her having issues with the guest in front of me who were checking in, and she offered them no advice as to how to handle whatever conformation issues they were having, she made them figure out how best to handle the issue. I'd hope the incident was isolated to them as I was next to checkin. Her nasty demeanor continued with me asking personal questions when it came to my identification and address location. As I travel and move often I felt it wasn't anyone her business as to my place of residence. Insisting I do a change of address on my license if I wish to continue to stay at their facility. I assured her there would be no next time I stay there.Later in the evening I saw bugs crawling on the walls, which I took a picture of, and then realized that a wall in the bathroom was leaking onto the floor near the toilet which soaked my socks when i went to use the restroom. They agreed to exchange my room but not until the next day.It was the worst hotel, along with poor customer service I've experienced in my travels.

Liked: Ash, the manager of this Super 8, is very helpful. When my plans had changed from checking in on Monday, September 11th but found I needed to postpone that a week, I did contact him and he worked it out. I so much appreciate what he did, that I extended my stay and plan to check out this coming Saturday, November 23rd. Anytime that I travel to Greenville in the future, I plan to stay here.
Disliked: The location is not the best for what I want to do, and so I bumped it down a notch - but this is something that cannot be helped. Different people come here with different purposes, and with mine, I just needed to travel across town to do what I need to. Again, I do so much appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of all of the staff, and especially that of the manager Ash.
