Liked: Location from downtown Greensburg was fine.
Disliked: Staff was rude unprofessional and acted like they were a 5 star ⭐ hotel

Disliked: The pictures on the website were definitely not what the room looked like. The pictures made it look like really nice to where it was just ok.

Disliked: Loud a/c heat unit in the window would make loud clanking noises. Phone kept ringing an hour before checkout but no one on the other side of the line.

Liked: The room was pretty clean.
Disliked: Well.. we asked to be checked in at 11-12 through BOOKING. This hotel wouldn't accommodate that. They said they is no way unless we pay 40$ for early check-in. We're not from the area and had to drive around and find something to do for the next 4 hours! She was extremely rude about it. Then, during breakfast, they offered granola bars as their breakfast option.. no cereal, no muffins, no eggs, no meats, nothing but child breakfast quick meals. This is not breakfast. They should even advertise they have breakfast. We made sure we got out of there way before checkout. Just in case they wanted to change check out time and charge me an additional $40 for that. Worst experience I've had in a very, very long time.
