Liked: room was clean staff was extremely friendly and pleasant willingbto bend over backwards to help
Disliked: staircase was absolutely filthy Mattresses were hard as a brick could not rest at all

Liked: Breakfast good. Biscuits could have been cooked a little longer. I like mine brown. The location was just find for us. Right off & then right on the interstate.

Liked: Room was large and clean, decor was very nice. Everything in the room work. The staff was very friendlyBreakfast was decent, I never had chocolate waffles before - that was a bit different
Disliked: Just a personal preference - I love a nice firm mattress, and this mattress was medium to soft

Liked: The staff member was friendly and offered to switch our room, but the other room had a perfume odor that I didn't care for. The rooms seemed to be recently updated. There was a hot breakfast.
Disliked: There was NO elevator to access the 2nd floor room. The hallways and stairways were dirty and smelled. One of the beds in our room almost flipped over when we sat on the edge and the phone didn't work to reach the front desk.
