Bed was comfortable. Not much of a continental breakfast. Cigarette burns over entire room. No room service between nights. Sketchy area, did not feel safe. First morning woke up to security guard sleeping in 1 of 2 chairs in the lobby and one receptionist sleeping with head down on front desk. Second morning, maids sitting with front reception in 2 chairs eating breakfast meant for guests. Staff and guests stand out front smoking at front door - bit intimidating to walk through with my 12 year old daughter. Ice machine continuously running.

This was one of my worse experiences in staying at a hotel/motel ever. There was a giant hole in our blanket and cigarette burns on the blanket under the main one. The drawer in our dresser was broken, and we found the smoke detector in that one, not working. The was no other smoke detector in the room. It was either freezing or extremely warm at night depending on if we turned the furnace on at night. The TV made a whistling sound when it was on. There is no elevator, so not handicap accessible. The railing on the stairs is loose and partly detatched from the wall on the third floor. Our room also had a strange odor when we first got there. I have no intention on going back to this place ever in my life, and I would not recommend it to anyone that I know. My husband and I were left unsatisfied with our stay there.

Liked: There isn't much to say here, except it was quiet.
Disliked: Giant hole in blanket; cigarette burns in blanket; no smoke alarm in room; broken drawer; TV whistled a lot while on; strange odor; freezing at night but extremely hot when furnace was on; no elevator; stair railing was loose on the third floor.

Liked: This place stands on FALSE ADVERTISING. Claims in room coffee service...no such thing, FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST...no such thing...the customer is expected to use a GARBAGE BAG FOR ICE...in room microwave and mini fridge DOESN'T WORK...if you want a drink of water better BRING YOUR OWN DRINKWARE, because that's nonexistent as well.
Disliked: READ THE PREVIOUS STATEMENT.

Disliked: The chair was disgusting; the room smelled musty; the shower was nasty; oh, and did I mention the COCKROACH under the bathroom sink!?!

Liked: The location was right by the highway and some gas stations as well as a few fast food places
Disliked: There was holes in the covers and sheets, they advertised free breakfast and there was no breakfast what so ever. The bathroom was also not very cool.

Liked: It wasn't as noisy as 105 was. This one was 109. A few doors away from the ice machine. As the room had 2 beds, I at least had the equivalent of two pillows by using the additional 2 pillows from the other bed.
Disliked: I arrived before 4 pm (check-in starts at 3 pm), and the accessible rm I PREPAID for wasn't available. Put in a room, missing phone, chair, desk, refrigerator, disposable cups, nothing to put ice in other than the garbage bag I was advised to use. I had to call the desk via my cell phone to request a chair. I left, and when I returned, I felt privileged with not just the chair but also a couple of cups and a fridge. Still no 'as advertised ' in room coffee makers.

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that I was told there was continental breakfast which there was none. The front desk with rude with me. There was no shower curtain so I couldn’t even shower. The door casing was coming up my mom which is 60 years old almost fell just was not a good stay at all. It was the worst experience I ever witnessed
