Very poor

Liked: The positive is that the bed wasn't too bad, didn't wake up sore.The lady who checked us in was very polite and pleasant and made me feel welcomed, unfortunately I didn't write down her name.
Disliked: The negative news is that 1.) The sheets had such a strong bleach smell that it made it difficult to sleep and was irritating to my skin (ended up with a mild rash). 2.) There was no seal on the entry door, and you could see light coming in around it while shut. 3.) The bathroom door didn't latch shut unless you pulled the striker plate inward towards the latch. 4.) It was a wheelchair accessible room yet there was no wheelchair accessible bath/shower but a regular tub (we didn't need a WC accessible shower but there should have been one in there since it was a WC room). 5.) The fridge was freezing everything in there and hadn't been defrosted in probably forever looking at the buildup of ice. 6.) The baseboards in the bathroom were fixed by using screws, they looked like the type used on a back deck, also the caulking on the baseboards didn't look like it was for bathrooms, and it was quite tacky looking. 7.) There was no light in the entryway of the room when you flipped on the switch coming in, the only light was in the far corner so entering the room was too dim. 8.) The bathroom door was chewed up on the bottom like a dog had seriously clawed at it. 9.) the Light on the desk had a shade that was crushed in a couple spots, tacky looking. 10.) The sign out on the road says they have a spa (hot tub) but yet when I asked a worker about it, he said they hadn't had one there in years, so why is that still on the sign. 11.) Water temperature was luke warm. 12.) The rails on either side of the toilet (because it was a handicap room) weren't even fully bolted down and were very shaky 13.) And the worse problem of all was that the toilet wasn't even fully bolted down and would rock back and forth when you sat down and got up. I feel for the price we had to pay (with taxes and fees over $130 a night for 4 nights) it was not worth it at all. Next trip to Phoenix we will be finding different accommodations.

Great front desk agent, they...

Liked: We had two reservations and the front desk just did her magic so I would not have to check out in the morning, she gave us a larger bathroom access that was just perfect. We are on the first floor which was perfectly convenient for the number of items we needed to bring in as we were doing a show. She was happy and just a really nice person. We really appreciated her help as it was a day setting up for the show which did not start off well!
Disliked: Breakfast offerings were meger and the coffee each morning was cold even though we were there when it opened at 6am. But we were appreciative to have it nonetheless!
